Made to Order

Every piece begins with a material : a blanket, a linen, a textile, a story you love sharing.

You can bring your own, or choose from those available in the studio. Together, we transform it into something you can wear, keep, and pass on.

  • It starts with an idea, your style, your story, your colors, your feeling.

Send a message with what you have in mind, your measurements, and how you imagine wearing the piece.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

We will guide you through the process. Email us at info@fitolcollections.com with your request.

  • We begin by selecting the material and defining the direction.

    You can:

    – choose from available blankets and linens in the studio

    – or send your own textile(s) to be transformed

Then we shape the design: simple, cropped, mid, or long (smaller or bigger), always respecting the material and how it naturally falls.

At this stage, we’ll suggest the most suitable approach based on your needs, the textile, and the level of detail involved.

At this stage you will receive a price estimation (+/10%)

  • Once everything is confirmed, the process begins: slowly and thoughtfully.

You’ll receive updates along the way, as your piece takes form.

Every step, from cutting to final stitching, is done by hand with care and respect for the material.

  • A small design fee (€25–50) applies to begin the process.

This covers the time spent on consultation, research, and initial sketches.

If you choose not to proceed, this fee is non-refundable.

Once you confirm your piece, a €100 deposit secures your project and allows production to begin.

The remaining balance is paid once your piece is ready.

  • Each piece is one of a kind. The final result is shaped by the material itself: its history, its structure, and its unique character. Small irregularities are part of the process and the beauty of working with pre-existing textiles.

  • Beyond personal pieces, we also work on custom projects for businesses, brands, and creative collaborations.

We transform existing materials such as old stock, uniforms, textiles, or found fabrics into new designs with a clear identity and purpose.

    This can include:

    – small batch productions

    – one-off pieces for exhibitions or projects

    – reworking existing products into something new

    – collaborative designs with other makers

Each project is developed closely together, from idea to final piece, always respecting the material and its story.

If you have something in mind, we’d love to hear from you.
