Upcycled Blue Greek Antique Blanket Vest S/M - November 2022

One-of-a-kind upcycled Top from our Blanket to Beauty Series Project.

This Gilet / vest can be layered over for the colder months. It’s a minimal and easy wearable design.

It features a V neck, built in side ties and a big hanging loop / locker loop make it possible to hang it on a hook.

It runs with a small/ medium fit which gives you room to layer your turtlenecks and thick sweaters underneath or enjoy it all year round during Spring and Autumn season with a T-shirt or a shirt underneath.

This Gilet is made from a Greek 60’s handloom woolen blanket handpicked from an antique shop at Thessaloniki, Greece. These blankets were once kept for life, stored for weddings and engagements, part of the household’s most treasured possessions.

The Lining is made from a nostalgic 60’s/70’s bedspread sourced in Netherlands.

Model wears a size Small (170cm).
