Made to Order Policy
Each made-to-order piece at Fitol Collections is created individually for you, beginning with your selected blanket and design.
Because every order involves personal time, preparation, and materials, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
🧵 Design Fee
To begin the creation process, a design fee (€25 or €50) is required before any sketches or design drawings are made. (€25 for simple designs - €50 for more advance designs)
This fee covers the time and care involved in sketching, communication, and design development.
The design fee is non-refundable, as it compensates the studio for creative work already completed.
If you decide to proceed with your order, this amount will be deducted from your final total.
✂️ Deposit
Once your design is approved (both sides), a €100 deposit is required to secure your chosen blanket and reserve your place in the studio schedule.
This allows us to begin preparation, cutting, mending, trimming, and material planning.
The deposit is non-refundable, as your blanket and production time are immediately allocated to your order.
The deposit will be deducted from your final price once your piece is completed.
🧥 Final Payment
After your coat or jacket is completed, we will share final photos or a short video of the finished piece.
The remaining balance (final price minus design fee and deposit) is due before shipment.
Once payment is received, your piece will be carefully packed and shipped to you with tracking details provided. *Pricing excludes shipping.
🌸 Cancellations & Refunds
Because each piece is made individually to order, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be accepted once the design process or production has begun.
If adjustments are needed, please contact us early — we will always try to find a fair and flexible solution within reason.
