One-of-a-Kind Upcycled Shirt (Reworked from Vintage Lacoste XXL)

This shirt started as a vintage men’s XXL Lacoste piece and was reworked into a cropped, loose-fitting women’s top.

  • Front details: round neckline, three functional tie closures (made from the shirt’s original finishings), and a patch pocket.

  • Sleeves: voluminous with pleated details, button cuffs, and a clean hem, sitting just above the wrist.

  • Back: original pleats from the shirt have been kept.

Each piece is handmade in Amsterdam from preloved garments, making it truly one of a kind.

  • Designed in size M, fits S–small L (see measurements below).

  • No lining.

  • Normal machine wash max 40c.

  • 4.5+ hours of work.

Measurements (flat, in cm):

  • Bust (underarm to underarm): 57–61 cm (total 114+ cm)

  • Sleeve length: 56 cm

  • Shoulder to hem: 47 cm

Model wears size S (bust 83 cm).
